Remote Client Relations Associate

As a Remote Client Relations Associate at Popertee, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met. This part-time position based in Dublin, Dublin, IE is ideal for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and has excellent communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time - Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding our products and services - Assist in developing and implementing client engagement strategies to drive business growth - Keep detailed records of client interactions and feedback for future reference - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all client interactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client-facing role is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong planning and organization skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Proficient in using various communication tools such as email, phone, and video conferencing - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
