Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Kinesis Health Technologies is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join their team in Dublin, Ireland. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but candidates should possess at least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role. The ideal candidate should be independent, hardworking, possess strong leadership skills, and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely manner. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with products and services. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support the growth of the client base. - Assist in the creation and implementation of client retention strategies to increase customer loyalty. - Monitor client feedback and trends to make recommendations for improvements to products and services. - Attend meetings and conferences to represent the company and build relationships with potential clients.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Previous experience in customer service or client relations is a plus. - Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
