Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Relations Associate to join our team at Over-C, a leading company in the Dublin area. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services - Develop creative solutions to meet client needs and exceed their expectations - Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Assist with client onboarding and training as needed - Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing priorities - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed client expectations - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
