Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Nova Leah, a leading healthcare technology company based in Dublin, is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows for remote work from home. As an Entry Level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Develop a deep understanding of Nova Leah’s products and services in order to effectively educate and assist clients - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement - Work independently to manage client accounts and ensure client retention and growth - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions for future reference

Requirements: - Reliable and resilient personality traits to effectively handle client interactions and resolve issues - Strong persuasion skills to influence and guide clients towards solutions - Excellent cooperation skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders - Visa sponsorship is available for candidates who require it - Paid sick leave and vision insurance benefits provided - Must uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all client relationships
