Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

3D4Medical is seeking a Client Relations Associate to work from home in Cork, Ireland on a part-time basis. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for managing client accounts, providing support, and promoting products and services.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service - Manage client accounts and ensure their needs are met - Address client inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Provide product and service information to clients - Collaborate with team members to improve client satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients - Use data and analytics to drive strategic initiatives and make informed decisions - Create and maintain client records and documentation

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong problem-solving and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
