Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Love & Robots is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. This position offers the flexibility of working from home.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Understand client needs and objectives, and work closely with internal teams to meet those requirements - Communicate with clients regularly to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues that may arise - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business and expand client base

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Highly driven and confident individual who can work independently - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in the technology or design industry is a plus
