Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Client Relations Associate to join our team at Smurfit Kappa Group. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings - Understand clients' needs and provide solutions or recommendations as needed - Manage client accounts and keep detailed records of interactions - Coordinate with internal teams to address any client issues or concerns - Assist in developing strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction - Monitor client feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products or services - Collaborate with the sales team to upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to better serve our clients

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Strong organizational and project management skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
