Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Client Relations Manager to join our team at Airbnb Ireland in Waterford, Munster, IE on a part-time basis. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure a seamless experience - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients - Analyze client data and trends to make strategic recommendations for business growth - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 7 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
