Job Description - Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team at Hilton in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction from a remote location.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement. - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients. - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to clients.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Proven track record of at least 7 years in client relations or a similar role. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Resilient and reliable with a customer-centric approach. - Creative problem-solving skills to address unique client needs.
