Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Zutec, a leading company in the construction technology industry, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and seek to expand our services. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully. 5. Develop creative solutions to solve client problems and provide value-added services. 6. Monitor client satisfaction through surveys and feedback, making adjustments as needed to improve service. 7. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to better serve our clients and stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements: 1. Independent and confident in dealing with clients and solving complex problems. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. 3. Proven track record of at least 5 years in client relations or a similar role. 4. Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to meet client needs. 5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client accounts effectively. 6. Flexibility to adapt to changing client demands and priorities. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
