Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Pointy, a leading tech company based in Limerick, Munster, IE, is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client relations. As a Remote Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service. - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure prompt resolution. - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue from existing clients. - Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and revenue targets. - Provide feedback to product development teams based on client needs and feedback. - Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues as needed.

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client relations or account management. - Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Adaptable and motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Experience in strategic planning and goal-setting. - Gym membership, Visa sponsorship, and paid overtime are benefits for this position. - Recognize and reward based on performance and merit.
