Job Description - Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description: SilverCloud Health, a leading digital mental health platform, is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Relations Manager to join our team. In this part-time, work-from-home position, the Client Relations Manager will play a crucial role in managing relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service. - Understand client needs and effectively communicate these to internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. - Develop and maintain client account plans, forecasting revenue, and ensuring client retention. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner. - Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts and work towards expanding our client base. - Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of projects and initiatives. - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - 8 years of experience in client relations or account management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. - Resourceful attitude and dedication to client satisfaction. - Previous experience in people management is preferred.
