Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Oracle Ireland is currently seeking a Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain valuable experience in client relations while working remotely. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and learn from industry experts.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up - Provide support to clients by addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner - Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and ways to improve client satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on their status - Handle administrative tasks related to client relations, such as maintaining accurate records and updating databases

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field - Hardworking and resilient attitude - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Excellent research skills to gather and analyze client feedback - Proficient in using communication tools such as email, phone, and video conferencing - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
