Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Relations Officer to join our team at Wia in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As a part-time Associate Level position, with a requirement of 3 years of experience, the ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be resilient, and have a drive to deliver exceptional client service.

Responsibilities: - Manage and build relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met - Communicate effectively with clients to address any issues or concerns they may have - Provide support and guidance to clients on our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to better serve clients

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace - Highly detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively - Team player with a collaborative mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
