Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Officer to join our team at Pfizer Ireland in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer service. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and expectations - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues in a timely manner - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Provide regular updates and reports to management on client accounts - Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Client Relations Officer or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and reliable with a positive attitude - People management skills - Persuasion skills
