Client Relations Representative

Energy Elephant is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team in Limerick, Munster. This role requires an individual with at least 4 years of experience in a client-facing role. The ideal candidate will be resilient, energetic, and possess strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved - Develop strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention rates - Track and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in onboarding new clients and providing training on our products and services

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a client-facing role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
