Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Opening.io is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address their needs and concerns - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and deliver solutions in a timely manner - Track client interactions and maintain accurate records of all communication - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Reliable and resourceful with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and solve complex problems - Demonstrated leadership abilities and a positive attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
