Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Energy Elephant is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our growing team in Galway, Connacht. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for energetic and adaptable individuals who possess strong analytical skills and thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships - Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels - Assist with client onboarding and training processes - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Participate in company meetings and training sessions

Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality - Strong analytical skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
