Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Glanbia, a leading global nutrition group, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As an entry-level position with one year of experience, the Client Relations Representative will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Communicate client feedback and requests to the appropriate internal teams - Assist in resolving client issues and escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction - Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service to clients - Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to better serve clients

Requirements: - Adaptability and resourcefulness in resolving client issues - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting - Prior experience in customer service or client relations is preferred
