Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Artomatix is seeking a dynamic and energetic Client Relations Representative to join our team in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building relationships, solving problems, and making a difference in the world of technology and art.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, working to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved. - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies, working to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Represent Artomatix at industry events and conferences, networking with potential clients and promoting our products and services.

Requirements: - No prior experience required - we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. - Energetic and resourceful personality traits are a must, as this role requires a high level of energy and creativity. - Strong soft skills, including innovation and strategic planning, will be essential in building successful client relationships. - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting, adapting to changes and challenges with a positive attitude. - Must be comfortable working with a diverse range of clients and colleagues, communicating effectively and professionally in all interactions.
