Client Relations Representative

Job description:

SAP Ireland is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Relations Representative to join our team in Galway, Connacht. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Client Relations Representative will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Keep clients informed about product updates, new features, and other relevant information - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues as they arise - Assist in developing client retention strategies to minimize churn and increase customer loyalty - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client performance and satisfaction

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a client-facing role - Proven project management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
