Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Energy Elephant is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team based in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Remote Client Relations Representative will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients while working remotely.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication via phone, email, and video conferencing - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services to existing clients - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Conduct client satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and insights - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Dedicated and adaptable personality traits - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Visa sponsorship available - Equal opportunity employer
