Remote Client Relations Representative

4Securitas is seeking a dedicated and driven Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

As a Remote Client Relations Representative, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Building and maintaining relationships with clients through virtual communication channels - Providing high-quality customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner - Conducting research and staying informed about industry trends to better serve clients - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Developing innovative solutions to improve client satisfaction and retention - Tracking and analyzing client feedback to identify areas for improvement
