Client Relations Representative

At Glofox, we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Client Relations Representative to join our team in Cork, IE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Client Relations Representative will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage client accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date. 3. Provide product demos and training sessions to clients to ensure they are maximizing the use of our platform. 4. Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients. 6. Collect feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS company. - Hardworking and resourceful with a strong attention to detail. - Excellent people management and project management skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
