Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Opening.io is seeking a motivated and resourceful Client Relations Representative to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes - Implement creative solutions to address client needs and enhance their overall experience - Provide regular reports and updates on client interactions and feedback to internal teams

Requirements: - Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a B2B setting - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
