Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team at Oracle Ireland, working from home in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. This position is part-time and entry-level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, resilient, have strong planning skills, and show adaptability in various situations.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing excellent customer service - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Manage client accounts, including resolving any issues that may arise and proactively identifying opportunities for growth - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve company goals - Utilize various communication channels to engage with clients, including phone, email, and online platforms - Keep accurate records of client interactions and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
