Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Stripe in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive top-notch service. You will work closely with our sales team to understand our clients' requirements and provide them with tailored solutions.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client retention and growth - Gather feedback from clients and communicate it to the relevant teams - Monitor client accounts and ensure they are being serviced to their satisfaction - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services - Stay up to date on industry trends and market changes that may affect our clients - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any client issues or escalations

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Driven and resourceful individual who is committed to providing excellent service - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
