Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Manna Aero is seeking a part-time Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven, hardworking, and possess excellent planning and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and develop relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded - Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery of services - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients - Assist in the development of client retention strategies - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve client experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
