Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Beatvyne, a company based in Limerick, Munster, IE, is currently seeking a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role and possess a strong work ethic, resilience, emotional intelligence, and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and support - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Provide clients with product information, updates, and technical support as needed - Monitor client satisfaction and work to proactively address any potential issues or roadblocks - Assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies to drive business growth - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients and provide valuable insights - Contribute to team meetings and discussions to improve overall client experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds - Proven track record of managing client relationships and exceeding expectations - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Experience in the music or entertainment industry is a plus
