Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

SilverCloud Health is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their businesses and needs - Work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Provide product knowledge and training to clients as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions to clients' issues and concerns - Monitor client feedback and proactively address any issues or concerns - Assist with client onboarding and implementation processes - Gather and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with client renewals and upselling opportunities - Provide support for client events and meetings as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 2 years of experience in client relations or customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management and organizational skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience working with healthcare or software clients is a plus
