Remote Client Relations Specialist

Glanbia is seeking a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts remotely, providing exceptional customer service and support - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and concerns - Communicate effectively with clients through phone, email, and video conferencing - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and hardworking - Experience in people management and cooperation - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
