Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Salesforce Ireland is seeking a part-time Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled in a timely manner - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Monitor client satisfaction levels and work towards exceeding expectations - Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their projects or orders

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of client interactions - Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with clients of varying personalities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
