Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Stripe. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for any inquiries or issues - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and provide solutions in a timely manner - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Monitor client accounts and track key performance indicators to ensure client success - Provide regular reports on client feedback and satisfaction to senior management

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in client relations or customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Motivated and driven individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting - Experience working with CRM systems is a plus
