Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Pfizer Ireland is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Relations Specialist to work from home in Dublin, Ireland. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to address their needs and concerns - Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in client relations or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and innovation skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Energetic and reliable personality traits
