Remote Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team at VMware Ireland. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service while working remotely from Limerick, Munster, IE.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and escalations through various communication channels - Provide product information, troubleshooting support, and advice to clients - Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM system - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive client satisfaction - Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and best practices to better assist clients

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a client service or customer support role - Strong critical thinking skills to effectively problem-solve and navigate complex client issues - Excellent communication and persuasion skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment - Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant software - Experience in the tech industry or familiarity with VMware products is a plus
