Client Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Opening.io is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, providing support to our clients in Cork, Cork, IE. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat - Manage client accounts and update information as needed - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction - Work closely with the Client Service Manager to address any client concerns or issues - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions - Complete administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements: - Dedicated and committed to providing excellent service to clients - Independent and able to work effectively from a remote location - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client communications and data entry - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work collaboratively with a team and take initiative when necessary
