Client Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

VMware Ireland is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while working remotely from home. This is an Associate Level position requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely resolution of client issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist with administrative tasks as needed - Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service role - Independent and energetic personality traits - Strong planning and organizational skills - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
