Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Medtronic Ireland is seeking a Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Dublin. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from a remote location. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of client issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client profiles as needed - Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies to enhance the overall client experience

Requirements: - Adaptable and dedicated individual with strong interpersonal skills - High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients' needs - Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and think critically - Proficiency in various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision - Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
