Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Intel Ireland is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Client Service Associate to join our team in Cork. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. This position is part-time and entry level, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in client services.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests. 2. Assist clients with account setup, billing questions, and troubleshooting technical issues. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 5. Participate in training sessions to stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience and recommend solutions. 7. Assist in the development of client presentations and materials.
