Client Service Associate

Job Description:

SilverCloud Health is seeking a part-time Client Service Associate to join our team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our digital mental health platform. This role requires a high level of resourcefulness and independence, as well as creativity and adaptability to effectively address client needs and inquiries.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and support - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner - Coordinate with internal teams to address client concerns and escalate as needed - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and issues - Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training on our platform - Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on client needs and preferences - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client service

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 3 years of experience in customer service or client support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Resourceful and independent work ethic - Creativity and adaptability in finding solutions - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
