Client Service Associate

Job Description:

3D4Medical is seeking a part-time Client Service Associate to join our team in Cork, IE. As an entry-level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. The ideal candidate will be independent, confident, creative, and skilled in negotiation.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed client expectations - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in customer service or client management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions - Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence others - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
