Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Qualtrics Ireland is seeking a passionate and driven Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to grow their career in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Manage client inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively and efficiently - Assist clients with navigating our platform and products - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction - Conduct presentations and demonstrations for clients as needed - Negotiate with clients to find mutually beneficial solutions - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Passion for delivering outstanding customer service - Drive to exceed client expectations and achieve results - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
