Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Analog Devices Ireland is seeking a part-time Client Service Associate to join our team in Dublin. As a Client Service Associate at Analog Devices Ireland, you will be responsible for providing support to clients, maintaining relationships, and assisting with overall client service operations. This role requires a high level of independence and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Assist with client onboarding and account management - Conduct research to identify new business opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients - Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics for clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Support the Client Service team in meeting sales targets and objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning abilities - Excellent presentation skills - Independent and self-motivated - Hardworking and detail-oriented - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
