Client Service Associate - Work from home

Love & Robots is seeking a motivated Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner - Providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records of communications - Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience - Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services - Assisting with client onboarding and training processes - Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities - Working closely with other team members to achieve company goals and targets

Requirements: - Hardworking and resourceful attitude - Strong people management and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
