Client Service Associate - Work from home

As a Client Service Associate at Analog Devices Ireland, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while working remotely from home. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with colleagues to address client issues and resolve any problems that may arise - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide training as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote company products and services to clients

Requirements: - Driven and dedicated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong cooperation and project management skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
