Job Description:
Accenture Ireland is seeking a passionate and hardworking Client Service Manager to join our team in Galway, Connacht, Ireland. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to make critical decisions, and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met on time and within budget - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change - Prepare and present reports on client status, satisfaction, and performance to senior management - Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase our services and capabilities - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 5 years of experience in client service or account management - Strong leadership skills and ability to make decisions under pressure - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to travel as needed
