Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Client Service Manager to oversee the relationships with our clients at Intercom. The Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and that our services are delivered effectively and efficiently. This is a part-time position located in Dublin, Dublin, IE.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of each client's business needs and objectives - Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the successful delivery of our services - Create and maintain client account plans, tracking progress and identifying opportunities for growth - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in client services or a related field - Resilient and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to research market trends - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
