Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Client Service Manager to join our team at Facebook Ireland in Cork, IE. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving growth opportunities. This role is mid-to-senior level and requires at least 7 years of experience in a similar position.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent service - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans to meet client objectives and drive revenue growth - Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most innovative and effective solutions - Lead and mentor a team of Client Service Representatives, providing guidance and support as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in client service management, preferably in the tech industry - Strong strategic planning and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Energetic and hardworking personality
