Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:

As a Remote Client Service Manager at Wolfgang Digital, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of digital marketing services. You will work remotely and communicate with clients regularly to understand their needs, provide updates on projects, and offer solutions to any issues that may arise. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives - Work with internal teams to coordinate and deliver digital marketing campaigns that meet client expectations - Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and results - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients - Collaborate with the sales team to pitch new services to potential clients and participate in client meetings as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions - Manage client budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or client service management - Motivated and energetic personality with a strong work ethic - Excellent emotional intelligence and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously - Strong communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Experience in project management and client relationship management - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
