Job Description:
Ryanair is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Client Service Manager to join our team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service that meets their needs and expectations.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and solutions to clients. 3. Monitor and analyze client satisfaction levels and implement strategies for improvement. 4. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely manner, ensuring resolution. 5. Develop and maintain client service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management. 8. Lead a team of client service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in client service management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to think innovatively and negotiate effectively. 5. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Experience leading a team of client service representatives. 8. Knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus.
